Recognise this guy? David Aston played our Bishop in the film - a consummate actor with an incredible presence on screen. He was Rheinheart, Neo’s boss in that iconic scene with the window washer in the Matrix and also had roles in: The Last Samurai, Underworld - Rise of the Lycans, Lord of the Rings - Return of the King and Emperor with Matthew Fox.
We were looking for a woman with the looks of a model, who could also play one of the most challenging roles in the film. Luna nailed it. She is an extraordinary woman, a talented singer, model, published author and actress, who is presently completing a PHD. Luna currently lives in LA.
Our Cast were amazing - Best ensemble cast at the LA Comedy Festival and a Best actor for Jerremy at NUHO. We managed to find actors who fit the roles very well - not because they were crackheads... I don’t think... Would you call that METHod acting?

For his role in Crackheads Alvin gained 14 Kilograms and was one of the first to be cast for the role in the movie, he had been involved with the project for near two years from pre-production to production. Alvin has always wanted to try his hand at acting and since finishing his training Alvin has appeared in 6 short films and had small appearances in two TV show's " the amazing extraordinary friends and more recently in 2012 Shortland Street. It took Preston 35 years to commit to one trade. He was truly a Jack of all - bars, restaurants, driving cars, laying concrete, building houses and painting them, landscaping, handling stallions in Japan, catching sharks in Borneo, buying and selling German cars and Swiss watches (he sounds pretty dodgy right?). He did a television commercial, then a few more, got some lines on American television, got some more, got a role on a feature film, got a lead on a feature film... Commercials pay the rent, television is cool, films are fun, but theatre, theatre is terrifying, I want more.
Kurt, like Jerremy is a trained dancer and he is also a terrifically talented natural actor. One of those rare talents who settles into the role and is able to deliver a genuine natural performance. Down to earth and a pleasure to work with Kurt now lives in Brisbane Australia where he is still pursuing acting and dancing (and probably modelling, because he’s like that).
